And in this article, I’m going to share 10 little-known websites that pay writers from $200 to $3,000 per article.

We will be exploring websites in many different niches, including business and finance, travel, sports, short stories and poems, and health and lifestyle.

And I’ll be giving you links to each website so you can apply to write for them.

The first two website’s we’re going to look at are in the business niche. 

IncomeDiary is a site that focuses on Internet marketing, building websites, and driving traffic. The audience is mostly entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts looking for actionable strategies for growing their online businesses. Income Diary typically pays writers $200 per published post.

Another website in the business niche is FreelanceMom.com, a website that publishes articles, stories, and case studies about parenting, freelancing, and entrepreneurship. And they pay writers up to $100 for each article they publish.

Another profitable niche to consider is the travel industry. This industry is coming back to life after being closed down for the last few years. Now there’s a high demand for travel content, offering writers the opportunity to earn through blogs, guides, and travel stories.

Afar.com is a magazine with a mission to inspire travelers who want to interact with locals and explore new cultures abroad. They are looking for ambassadors to create engaging travel content and they pay between $450 and $800 per accepted article.

AlaskaMagazine.com is focused on all things Alaska. Their website is full of travel stories, product reviews, and trip recommendations. They pay freelance writers $700 per post.

The sports writing niche is more than just game coverage; it includes health, psychology, and culture. With a demand for compelling content, freelance writers can find lucrative opportunities on sports websites, magazines, and blogs.
