4.1 Pricing Information
All pricing for memberships and courses is clearly displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4.2 Billing and Payment for Copy Academy Membership
• Monthly Subscription: If you sign up for the monthly subscription, you will be billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won’t be billed for any subsequent months. However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• Yearly Subscription: If you sign up for the yearly subscription, you will be billed for the full year upfront. Once billed, you will remain a member for the entire year. You can cancel your membership anytime during the year, but no refund will be issued for the current year’s payment.
4.3 No Refunds for Copy Academy Membership
We do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly memberships. This policy is in place because immediate access to all our resources and content is granted upon joining, and our materials are accessible from the start.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Content Ownership
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Start Copywriting and Jesse Forrest or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

We offer a flexible refund policy for our online courses. Refunds are available within 30 of purchase, and no explanation is required to qualify for a refund. To request a refund, please email jesse@startcopywriting.com with your purchase details.
Access to Course Materials
Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials unless otherwise specified. Access includes any future updates to the course content.
Intellectual Property
All online course materials, including videos, templates, and guides, are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in the termination of access without a refund.

Section 3: One-On-One Coaching Program
Refund Policy
The coaching program is non-refundable. Exceptions will only be made in the event of a personal tragedy that prevents you from continuing with the program. Commitment and Effort Clause
This program is designed for individuals who are fully committed to becoming successful freelance copywriters. While Jesse Forrest provides expert guidance, proven strategies, and significant effort to help you achieve your goals, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your consistent effort, participation, and willingness to implement what you learn.
Access to Coaching Resources
Enrollment in the coaching program includes 12 months of access to:
- A comprehensive copywriting course library.
- The “Copywriting with ChatGPT” course and exclusive prompts.
- Copy critiques and feedback.
- 20 copywriting assignments.
- The “Copywriting Business in a Box,” which includes brandable templates, documents, and emails.
Continued access to these resources beyond 12 months requires a separate agreement or subscription.
